Do you know this man Twice the pic twice the chance Twin Rinks... ?



The Cicero Police evidently can't handle their private Contract with Twin Rinks in Cicero,NY. The local Custody Deputies seem to be trying to handle it Currently. Although they have no legal Security company and are not extempt as county corrections Officers from the NYS Training. They were out in force it appears. Or a man giving his name as Feldman was wearing their Uniform last night. He even said "I'll have you arrested!" to our investigator. Along with "In the morning, I'm turning you into the Sheriff." Harsh words for a man not doing anything wrong??? What do you think? Are our children being protected by persons breaking the law?? No one seems to care......Do you??? We await your comments and Help..This must stop, before someone is injuried. Can the county handle another three million dollar pay out. Whats the cost to taxpayers like ourselves? Well here is Mr. Feldman's pic ....Do you know him,,Does he have any creditentials? Does he have a sales tax certificate so he can collect sales tax for the service he was providing? He asked,,we spell his name right though, let us know if we did. His partner hid out in the shadows....Mr. Feldman even stated he had been warned about some security company trying to shut down the sheriffs.... Do you know who this security company is ?....We could use their HELP TOOOO....


Nice to see that their is No County Car there. Although the Town Contract was charging for a Town Police Car to be present.. Hmmmm Are they slowwwwyy stopping this possible illegal activity..???

I guess in a uniform You dont have to follow signs or Laws..

We found what appears to be Onondaga County Sheriff's Patrol Cars Illegally parked in FIRE Lanes...HMmmm What were the Officers assigned to these cars doing in there off-duty time..??? SHOPPING in uniform for over 4 HOURS. Everynight of the week... WOW What a preferred parking Spot.

We have been told by County Officials take home Cars are not to be used like an official vehicle off-duty.....unless they are called into service... I guess the Sheriff called these Officers in for Special Coffee Creamer needed just from P and C Grocery...Yeah Right.......Do you believe that?????


Some of them seem to use UNMARKED VEHICLES EVEN or maybe they COMMANDEERED someones personal Vehicle for this illegal public service..

Still working Illegally as Security Officers,, these persons possibly
Onondaga County Sheriff"s Deputies
Can't seem to handle the cold, or follow the laws of NEW YORK STATE.


Here at the
P and C Grocery Stores they stay warm, working inside, making money
tax free?



They dont seem to mind that it appears they are not paying State sales tax for their illegal services. None of them seem to have a State Sales tax Certificate to collect sales tax.
Yet they are wearing what appears to be taxpayers uniforms, paid for with tax dollars.
I guess no one has told them. You can't use PUBLIC PROPERTY for PERSONAL GAIN....ITS Against LAW. or are they all... Impersonating POLICE OFFICERS..
The ones we questioned, wouldn't give us their names even..

TRY visiting them at Shop City P and C and/or Airport Plaza P and C.. We are sure they won't welcome your questions either.. Take care now you might get arrested for something..
