We have no relationship with any Agent Mitchell Sr. But we uphold his legal right to his opinions.
Thank you for all your tips, they have helped the attorney general and Da's office immensely. We look forward to wrapping up these case in the near future.

Actually,, nevermind the above post. I had no idea this was Pete JR! Wow! What a treat. I am regretting the time I stopped you and you were AUO and borderline DWI and we were forced to call your brother to come pick you up because you WOULDN'T STOP WHINING THAT NO ONE WOULD HIRE YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER IF YOU GOT ARRESTED! Still got flicker of hope that someday you might be a cop?

Glad to here that you seem to agree with the good old boy network..
I dont believe Pete Jr. has ever been picked up by his relatives. Well in any ones custody.
So the folks that know anything about these things. Will tell you we dont even know of Pete Jr.
As for working as an Officer I know of many working with records. An more that have no record, because of the good boy network. So I'm not sure why an arrest would stop anyone from employment.
Seems people still feel some are above the law. Well, I feel everyone is intitled to a mistake.
It has to be addressed on a case by case basis. I believe in fair play and even playing fields.
When people are miss informed
they need to clarify. I look for much of that in the near future.
In the mean time feel, free to question what you dont understand.
An by posting in any manner you choose. Not sure if you are a friend or really know anyone here.
Since you seem to have some issues, that are not clear. I'm sure if you where authorized to stop anyone. You had your reasons for not detaining anyone. I'm sure you made someones day happier.

We are sorry to inform you But your facts are alittle off. All of are past and current Agents have been unattached since at least June 2001. Thanks for your question.
