I believe in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and its free speech clause.
What I see here constitutes a violation of free speech by police officers in Onondaga County to punish Peter Vinch for addressing his grievances in a public forum or otherwise.
I believe Vinch has an action that could be addressed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New york for violations of AmendmentI and XIV within Title 42 USC 1983.
Talk to a lawyer boys.

Mr Vinch is a goof...private investigator/security....who is he fooling.....what kind of police officer or security professional lets his own dog bite the face off a child!!! I am not one to express my displeasure in a forum such as this...but Vinch is a loser!!!

Well this isnt a forum. Its a Blogsite. Which Mr. Vinch,, there is more than one. What kind of facts are you mentioning in your comment that would make anyone a loser. Do you follow the local news..Police Chiefs DWI, Probation Officers working illegal security getting injuried. Police Chiefs charged with Stolen property. Mayors illegally dealing with minors..
