Deadbeat Dad
NON PAYMENT OF SUPPORT: Kevin A. Millett for non payment of Child Support. Kevin Millett owes more than $10,000 in past child support payments. Millett was formerly a member of the 479th Engineer Battalion, US Army Reserves. Millett last year served a 6 month jail sentence for non-payment of child support and is known to flee the courts jurisdiction to avoid making payments for his children. He had quit his job as a dealer at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino because child support payments were garnished from his pay check.Millett is currently under the jurisdiction of the New York State Surrogate's Court. Millett is employed at a St. Regis Mohawk Reservation cigarette factory working under the table.
There are currently 2 misdemeanor warrants for his arrest issued by the United States District Court located in Ft. Hood, Texas. His driver's license has also been suspended for failure to pay child support.
